Hospitality

In an industry more crowded than ever, ensure you stand out.

The Goodwin Hotel

A true Hartford landmark, The Goodwin traces its history back to 1881, when the building was developed as elegant apartment spaces. Reimagining this grand structure and bringing it back to modern life, with a contemporary vibe that respects and retains the stylish details that make it timeless, was our creative task.

Hotel Zero Degrees

Hotel Zero Degrees is a rising group of boutique hotels that faced a variety of communications issues affecting its growth. These included an outdated and difficult to use website, booking system and inconsistencies across print collateral, ads and online campaigns. It was clear a brand revitalization was needed to captivate and attract new audiences while highlighting the modern, boutique experience they offer.

LaKota Oaks

When LaKota Hotels & Resorts acquired the Dolce Norwalk conference property, the strategy was to operate, renovate and upgrade – which also required a property rebrand to complete the transition to LaKota Oaks. We helped LaKota turn over this critical new leaf…

With the legal filing of LaKota Oaks just weeks away, a new identity needed to be researched, generated and agreed upon – a new brand that would drive all communications to spread the word about the new LaKota Oaks.

The Blake

Modern and cozy, refined yet familiar, The Blake Hotel is a boutique hospitality space where you’re meant to live your best life. The hotel embodies the concept of local luxury, a philosophy rooted in community, aesthetics and comfort.

Inspired by New Haven’s forward-looking spirit, The Blake sits at the intersection of past and future in one of America’s oldest towns. The namesake, Alice Blake, was the first female graduate of Yale Law School.  The New England bistro, run by Michelin-starred chef Matt Lambert, is an homage to Hamilton Park, one of New Haven’s–and the nation’s–first public green spaces.

In keeping with the direction of the hotel, we went beyond the expected – to develop messaging and collateral that weren’t just same-old hotel materials.
